At the department, school of education, and university levels at UNCG, my service focuses on global collaborations, fair workplace treatment, recruitment of future students, and support for current students.

For the profession, I serve on associate editorial boards for Journal of Multilingual Theories and Practices, Language Assessment Quarterly, Language Awareness, Language Testing, and TESOL Quarterly. I am the current editor of TESOL Quarterly Forum. Recently, I served on the nomination committees for ILTA and AAAL (including chair), ILTA/Sage Book Award Committee, and co-founded and co-facilitated Test-taker Insights in Language Assessment (TILA) SIG for ILTA.
