^{_{Dr. Jamie L. Schissel is in the Department of Teacher Education and Higher Education where she is the coordinator for the MEd TESOL and Add-on ESL/Dual Language Education certificate programs. She also holds a joint appointment in the Educational Research Methodology Program. She has a PhD in Educational Linguistics from the University of Pennsylvania, MAT in ESL and Bilingual Education from Georgetown University, and a BA in German Language and Literature from the University of Northern Iowa.}}
